 "In the insurance industry today, we rely heavily on our personal computers and network connections. In order for Brummel Madsen Insurance to maintain our expected level of quality customer service it is imperative that we have our insured’s policy information available at our fingertips. It is for that reason that we have maintained a steady working relationship with Networking Solutions. When our agency was forced to evacuate our office at 9 a.m. due to a fire, Networking Solutions located us in the chaos, knew of a nearby vacant office space that had internet capabilities, and helped us get setup. We were back in business, taking phone calls and accessing customer data by 3 p.m. that same day. When a virus attacked our network late one afternoon, Networking Solutions worked through the night and had our network restored and ready for us to do business as usual by 8 a.m. the next morning. Not only are they there for us, thankfully, in emergency situations, but also they are available for consultations when we need to discuss upgrades to our system. They speak to us in a language that is understandable to every level of computer-user. Even though our software is specialized and unique to the insurance industry, Networking Solutions is well acquainted with our system and always has our best interest in mind.
