Networking Solutions Upgrades INVISION's Phone System & Relocates Communications

INVISION Architecture and Networking Solutions have worked and grown in business together for over thirteen years.  Networking Solutions has seen INVISION through the transition from paper to paperless, single office to multiple locations and most recently a move to a new, expanded office space.

Challenge:
Move an entire office while simultaneously upgrading and expanding INVISION’s phone system. 

Necessary Factors:
·        Ensure downtime is minimized
·        Be cognizant of the need for a smooth transition of all communication

Solution:
INVISION called Networking Solutions early in the planning process and therefore Networking Solutions was able to proactively evaluate needs, make recommendations for voice and data providers and determine networking additions to their newly remodeled space that would allow for future growth.  INVISION was facing capacity issues with their phone system, so to increase productivity between offices Networking Solutions recommended a VoIP solution, specifically the ShoreTel phone system, for INVISION because of its integrations with Outlook and the low cost of total ownership.

Results:
The move for INVISION Architecture was smooth and seamless – even as moving schedules were rearranged.  Networking Solutions oversaw the physical move of technological equipment and back-end project planning for the move.  Downtime was minimized as Networking Solutions coordinated with contractors and providers such as Paetec and Qwest. 

Follow-Up:
INVISION continues to be satisfied with the ease of their new Shortel phone system.  In addition, INVISION has been able to count on Networking Solutions to take the reins when inevitable issues have arisen with outside partners.
