Position Description: We have an immediate opening for a seasoned business-to-business professional to consult on a wide variety of business technology products and services (IT products, installation and ongoing service, application development and ShoreTel telephone systems). A minimum of 3-5 years of similar sales experience selling and account management of IT solutions/Telecom products and services is required. Some leads will be given, however the position requires a significant commitment to prospecting as well as developing existing relationships. Eligible candidate must be a team player, personable, reliable and communicate well with others. Additionally, candidate must be willing to travel to client sites and be comfortable meeting with a wide range of businesses executives in the Des Moines metro area. The right candidate will have the flexibility to work from any of our three offices but needs to be willing to occasionally report to any one of them for training and meetings. Network Help Desk Technician - May 2013

The Networking Solutions team is expanding, and we are currently looking for an individual to join our team of Network Technicians and Consultants. Position Description:
This person will be responsible for remote support and maintenance of our clients' systems throughout Eastern Iowa, as well as enhancing our clients' experiences with Networking Solutions. The position will be based in either our Cedar Rapids or Waterloo office.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in enterprise help desk support or consulting environment.
- Professional level experience with Microsoft Server products.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS & Server products.
- Knowledge of Symantec Backup Exec, BESR and SEP products.
- Must be able to handle stress and multiple projects.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and be capable of working in a team environment.
- Must have working knowledge of hardware concepts.
- Knowledge of Active X troubleshooting and prevention.
- Must be able to pick up concepts, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly. Preferred candidate will have obtained some level of higher education and Microsoft or other industry related certifications. Benefits:

This person will be responsible for support and maintenance of our clients' systems throughout Iowa, as well as enhancing our clients' experiences with Networking Solutions. The position will be based in our either or Cedar Rapids or Waterloo offices with no overnight travel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise support or consulting environment.
- Professional level experience with Microsoft Server products.
- Professional level experience with VMWare 3/4.
- Knowledge of replication technologies such as VRanger or Veeam.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS & Server products.
- Knowledge of Symantec Backup Exec, BESR and SEP products.
- Must be able to handle stress and multiple projects.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and be capable of working in a team environment.
- Must have working knowledge of hardware concepts.
